I have so much appreciation for brands that care about their impact on our planet. And I just love when those conscious brands create new, cool, innovative and sustainable products. So, I absolutely fell in love with JORD wood watches when I learned that they are made from repurposed wood. JORD watches are unique, modern and stylish. I love how my wood watch adds a whole new element to any outfit. I find myself wanting to incorporate the watch into my look everyday! And each time I look down at it on my wrist I feel good because I love how it looks and I love that it’s sustainable and repurposed.

JORD’s artists and designers make men’s and women’s watches out of various wood materials including ebony, maple, rosewood, sandalwood, bamboo and more. The watches are meant to be not only a valued timepiece, but, with their unique design, a conversation starter as well. My JORD wood watch is the lavender & maple Cora watch. It has a strikingly vivid pinkish lavender face adorned with Swavorski crystal markers. The lavender face of the watch shines beautifully against the simple maple wood. It’s my perfect accessory for a day out and about in NYC.
