Cookbook Recommendation: Chloe’s Kitchen by Chloe Coscarelli

Chloe's Kitchen

Chloe’s Kitchen by Chloe Coscarelli is a fabulous cookbook. I am so into this cookbook for a few reasons:

  1. The recipes are bursting with flavor.
  2. The recipes are great for veg and non-veg people alike.
  3. She takes on a lot of classic dishes and makes them plant-based.
  4. The pictures are amazing (I have a tendency to skip over recipes without pictures in cookbooks but almost all of her recipes are accompanied by mouth-watering pictures).

A few years back, Chloe won a season of Cupcake Wars on the Food Network with her vegan cupcakes. But the most remarkable part about her winning the show is that it wasn’t even a vegan cupcake competition! That means her cupcakes were so good she was able to win against regular dairy filled, egg filled cupcakes. Props to Chloe for that!

I figured the best way to express how much I love her cookbook is to show you pictures of some of the many recipes I’ve made from her book. Here you go:

Artichoke DipI made Chloe’s Spinach & Artichoke Dip for a dinner party with friends. This tasted amazing and was devoured by everyone. Who knew dairy-free artichoke dip could taste so good??

Veggie BurgerI made Chloe’s Lentil Burger & Special Sauce recipe and ended up with this killer veggie burger. No bun necessary! I was so pleased that it ended up tasting just as good as it looked.
