Avocado & Apple Salad

This recipe is the perfect mix of savory and sweet. It’s great for lunch, a snack or as a side for dinner. I recently made this dish for friends and it was a big hit! We had lots of fun taking pictures for this blog and eating all the food I made. 🙂

Avocado & Apple Salad

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 organic apple
  • 1 organic avocado
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • onion chopped to taste, about a 1/2 cup
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • olive oil, just a little to drizzle over the salad
  • sprouts, to garnish

Directions:

  1. Dice apple, avocado and onion. Mix together.
  2. Slice garlic and add to apple, avocado and onion mix.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Garnish with sprouts.

Enjoy!
